Covid-19 Protocols

By nature, massage therapy places us in close proximity for an extended period of time, increasing our chance of transmitting COVID-19 (or any infectious disease). Below are protocols to help ensure your experience is as safe as possible for you, your family, my other clients and their families, and myself and my family. I will continue to listen to and update my protocols based upon the recommendations provided by the CDC, WHO, massage and health industry experts, as well as current government and licensing board orders.

  • Practitioner is fully vaccinated, boosted, and happy to wear a mask during the session if requested.
  • If either the client or practitioner has tested positive for COVID-19 or are feeling symptoms of COVID-19, the appointment will be rescheduled and the cancellation policy waived. If a household member has tested positive for COVID-19, please contact me to decide how we move forward.
  • Contactless payments are available.
  • Studio is cleaned and disinfected with EPA-approved products between each client.
  • HEPA13 air purifier running before, during, and between each session.
  • Common area surfaces are routinely cleaned and disinfected with EPA-approved products throughout the day.
  • Unvaccinated clients, those who have only had one vaccine shot, and those who prefer not to disclose their vaccination status: your health decisions are your choice, but those decisions effect my health, my family’s health, and my other clients’ health, some of whom are immunocompromised. To help limit the transmission of disease, please wear your mask upon entering the building and throughout your massage session.
