Spring is in the air! Along with all the beauty and happiness that brings, it also brings the frustration of seasonal allergies. Lately, I’ve been testing out five minutes of facial manual lymphatic drainage on myself each night to ease my symptoms. I gotta say, I’m seeing results! I don’t want to oversell. It’s not long lasting, it won’t cure the root issue, but I definitely feel less clogged up and foggy headed the days I remember to do it – and that’s enough for me to continue doing it.
