The 30 and 45 minute sessions are great for targeted, specific work – they are too short for a full body massage session. If you would like to work on a specific injury or pain, need multiple sessions close together, or have a chronic illness that does not handle longer bodywork sessions, the 30 and 45 minute sessions are great choices for you.

The 60, 75, and 90 minute sessions are great for whole body relaxation, targeted specific work, and a combination of the two.

30 Minute Session $75
45 Minute Session $100
60 Minute Session $120
75 Minute Session $150
90 Minute Session $180

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Sessions

  • The flat fee rate for a 60 minute session is $130.
  • Please text or email me before booking your first session to ensure we are a good match.
  • Shorter sessions are available depending on your health needs, but cannot be booked online.

Customized Therapeutic Massage Therapy

Whether your goal is to relieve stress, decrease pain, reach for a goal, or increase your preventative health routine, this session is customizable to your unique needs. In our first session, we will discuss in detail your health history, any concerns, and specific goals. Moving forward, each session includes a short check-in conversation prior to the table work, the full duration of your session on the table, and time after your session to discuss changes, homework, and future session planning.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (also called MLD or Lymphatic Massage) is an advanced massage technique that assists the lymphatic system in functioning at its best. The bodywork itself is very gentle, rhythmic, and calming. During each session, you will undress to your comfort level, similar to how you would for a therapeutic massage therapy session. We may work on your full body or we may work on specific areas, depending on your specific needs and goals.

Our Lymphatic System…

  • Protects us from illness and disease as part of the immune system
  • Moves fluid through the body and cleanses the fluid of waste
  • Aids the body with recovery from injury, surgery, or your regular work out
  • Generally regulates and balances your body
A.D.A.M. Medical Encyclopedia [Internet]. Johns Creek (GA): Ebix, Inc., A.D.A.M.; c1997-2020. Lymphatic System; [updated 2023 May 19]; [about 1 p.]. Available from: https://medlineplus.gov/ency/imagepages/1104.htm

MLD is Beneficial for…

  • Pre- and post-surgery recovery

  • Acute and chronic swelling and inflammation
  • Chronic illness (depending the diagnosis)
  • Autoimmune disease (depending the diagnosis)
  • General pain relief
  • Stress and anxiety

  • Part of lymphedema care
  • Part of cancer and oncology care
  • And so much more – contact me if you have a specific condition not listed
