If you run a company, manage a team, or simply (though it’s often not so simple!) keep the office organized and running seamlessly, then this blog is for you!
It’s been a hard year-plus, to say the least. If your company was lucky enough to stay open during the pandemic, your employees continued to do the best they could for you while dealing with less-than-comfortable temporary work stations at home, additional bills, home-schooling, loneliness, scarcity, and unknown for the future. If you had to temporarily close, they may be dealing with even more. But we’re over the worst of it and can see the light at the end of the tunnel! Your office is open and you hear the low hum of activity you used to take for granted. You see employees sharing tables at lunch in the breakroom as they chat about their weekend plans. Yet, it still doesn’t feel quite the same as pre-pandemic days.
Stress and anxieties are still high, even if covered up with small talk. Productivity and motivation may be lower than you would like. You want to do something to reignite your staff! Have you thought about bringing in chair massage to your office? Studies have shown that as little as a five minute chair massage during the workday can increase energy, focus, and, ultimately, productivity while decreasing stress, musculoskeletal pain, and fatigue. I would love to chat further with you about the benefits of chair massage, and how to support your staff as they heal from the trauma of living through a global pandemic. If you would, too, let’s schedule a phone call. Contact me with a few preferred days and times and I will respond with the one that also works for me.
